Jenja Braun Art Prints – Mixed-Media Botanical Art
Jenja Braun is a mixed-media artist based in Osnabruck whose work explores the richness of nature through modern botanical and floral compositions. Blending charcoal, ink, coloured pencil, tempera, and photographic elements, she creates vibrant pieces that balance dynamic forms with delicate detail. Her art reflects a fascination with organic shapes and the fleeting beauty found in natural moments.
At Kuriosis, we produce every Jenja Braun print in our Berlin studio using archival Japanese pigment inks rated for over 100 years of colour stability. Fine art paper prints are made on 225g matte stock in sizes A3, 50×70 cm, 70×100 cm, and A0 — capturing the layered textures and colour depth of her mixed-media originals. Canvas prints use 400g cotton canvas in 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm, and 70×100 cm. Framing options include oak, black, and walnut brown.
Layered Techniques, Natural Forms
Braun's working method builds each composition through multiple media — charcoal grounds overlaid with ink washes, pencil detail, and photographic collage. The layers create visual depth that shifts depending on distance: from afar, bold floral forms; up close, a rich archaeology of marks and textures. This approach gives each piece a complexity that rewards repeated viewing.
