Painterly landscape prints by Jenna Alheit
These prints are for anyone who likes landscapes that feel calm and atmospheric rather than detailed. Jenna Alheit paints with soft, blended strokes in a palette of peach, cream, amber and muted lavender, so the image reads first as light and color and only then as a tree, a field and water. That softness makes it easy to combine with other pieces from our nature collection or with quiet works from our modern painting range.
Tranquil Autumn Reflection is built around symmetry: one tree in warm autumn color stands in the middle of the composition, and its reflection stretches downward through still water. The horizon dissolves into mist, and the sky picks up the same pale tones as the water, which gives the whole image a gentle, almost dreamlike balance. It is an easy gift too, because the soft colors fit almost any home without competing with furniture or textiles.
How to style Jenna Alheit prints
The soft palette works best where you want a room to feel calm: a bedroom, a reading corner or a living room with light wood and natural fabrics. A single print in 50x70 or 70x100 cm above a bed or a sofa gives the wall a quiet focal point without dominating the space. Oak frames pick up the warm peach and amber, walnut brown adds depth and a slightly classic note, and black frames create a clearer contrast against the pale sky.
In a gallery wall, pair this landscape with simple botanical studies, soft abstracts or a black and white photograph of water or sky. Keep the frames consistent and leave a little more space around the landscape than around the smaller pieces, so the eye can rest on it. Because the colors are warm but muted, the print also works across seasons, not only in autumn.
Paper or canvas: choosing your format
Every motif is available as a fine art print and as a canvas print. The paper version is printed in our Berlin studio on 225g matte fine art paper with archival pigment inks, in A3, 50x70, 70x100 and A0, and can be framed in oak, black or walnut brown. The canvas version uses 400g cotton canvas on a stretcher frame in 30x40, 50x70 or 70x100, with the option of a floating frame. The texture of canvas suits painterly brushwork particularly well, so you can browse more canvas art prints if you like that finish. Both formats are made to order.
