Vincent Trinidad Art Prints — Where Ukiyo-e Meets Pop Culture
Vincent Trinidad creates illustrations that live at the crossroads of Japanese woodblock tradition and contemporary pop culture. His compositions borrow the visual grammar of ukiyo-e — dramatic waves, layered colour fields, stylised natural elements — and fill them with characters and scenes that speak to a modern audience. The result is work that feels both timeless and immediately recognisable, with a graphic confidence that rewards both quick viewing and closer inspection.
Pieces like A Perfect Ramen Weather and Catsune Inari show his range: from atmospheric streetscapes to mythological reimaginings, each piece carries the same bold palette and deliberate composition. Trinidad's ability to balance nostalgic charm with graphic energy makes his work some of the most distinctive in our contemporary artist collection.
Fine Art Paper and Canvas — Both Formats Available
At Kuriosis, we print Trinidad's work in our Berlin studio on materials that match the intensity of his colours. Fine art paper prints use 225g museum-grade matte paper with Japanese archival pigment inks rated for over 100 years of colour stability. Available in A3, 50×70 cm, 70×100 cm, and A0, with frame options in oak, black, and walnut brown. The matte surface sharpens his line work and holds the tonal depth of his layered backgrounds.
For a warmer presentation, our 400g cotton canvas prints bring out the painterly quality in his compositions. Available in 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm, and 70×100 cm, stretched over solid wood frames. Optional floating frames add a 5 mm shadow gap for a clean gallery finish. Trinidad's work pairs well with our Japanese art prints and cat art collection.
