How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Typically, each order is produced within 1-3 working days in our Berlin studio before being shipped.

For domestic (Germany) orders, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after shipping.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that international shipments must pass through customs in your country, which can occasionally cause delays depending on the local customs process.

Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or local holidays.

If you’re experiencing a delay, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate tracking updates and estimated delivery time.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How can I return my order?

We currently do not offer free returns for international customers. If you wish to return an item, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

When sending your return, please clearly mark the package as ‘returned goods’ to help avoid additional customs duties.

We strongly recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Kuriosis accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: 

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
