Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item:

 

Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

 Gift cards

 Downloadable prints or digital products

 

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

 If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

 If the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you don’t see the refund after a few days:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

3. Check with your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@kuriosis.com. Send your return to:

Gift Returns

 If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

 If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process the refund directly to them, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

 

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking option.
